Welcome to Mulligan.
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to your use of the Mulligan mobile app, web app, website, and related services (“Mulligan”, “the Service”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By using Mulligan, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. What Mulligan is
Mulligan is a golf app that helps players, clubs, and tournament organizers manage golf-related activities, including scorecards, tournament registration, tee times, group assignments, live leaderboards, match play results, statistics, and event management.
Mulligan is intended to support golf events and scoring, but it does not replace official tournament committees, golf clubs, federations, handicap authorities, or the official Rules of Golf.
2. Accounts
You may need to create an account to use certain features of Mulligan.
You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and secure. You must not share your account with others or use another person’s account without permission.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the Service, attempt to manipulate results, abuse other users, or create security or legal risks.
3. Scores, results, and tournament data
Mulligan allows users and organizers to enter, calculate, display, and manage golf scores, rankings, leaderboards, match results, handicap-related calculations, and tournament data.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter into Mulligan.
Tournament organizers, clubs, and committees are responsible for reviewing and confirming tournament settings, player registrations, handicaps, tee assignments, scoring formats, results, and final classifications.
Mulligan may contain errors, delays, incorrect calculations, incomplete data, or technical issues. Unless expressly confirmed by the relevant tournament organizer, club, or committee, results displayed in Mulligan should not be treated as final or official.
4. Tournament registration and organizer features
Mulligan may allow users to register for tournaments and allow organizers to publish and manage events.
Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of tournament information, including dates, prices, capacity, rules, eligibility, format, cancellation policies, payment status, and participant lists.
Mulligan is not responsible for disputes between players, organizers, clubs, or third parties, although we may try to help where reasonable.
5. Payments
Mulligan may support payments for tournament registration or related services.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full credit card details. Payment processing may be subject to the terms and privacy policies of the relevant payment provider.
Organizers are responsible for setting tournament prices, managing refunds, and communicating payment or cancellation policies unless otherwise stated.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
Use Mulligan for unlawful purposes
Enter false, abusive, or misleading information
Manipulate scores, rankings, registrations, or payment status
Interfere with the security or operation of the Service
Copy, reverse engineer, or misuse the software
Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Use Mulligan in a way that damages the experience for other players, organizers, or clubs
7. Intellectual property
Mulligan, including its software, design, features, logos, branding, text, and content, is owned by us or our licensors.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any part of Mulligan without our permission.
8. User content
You may submit information or content to Mulligan, including scores, profile information, tournament data, images, comments, files, or other materials.
You remain responsible for the content you submit. By submitting content, you give us permission to use, store, display, process, and share it as needed to operate and improve Mulligan.

10. Availability and changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of Mulligan at any time.
We do not guarantee that Mulligan will always be available, error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
11. Disclaimer
Mulligan is provided “as is” and “as available”.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mulligan and its owners, team members, partners, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, tournament disputes, incorrect results, missed registrations, payment issues, or service interruptions.
13. Termination
You may stop using Mulligan at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk for Mulligan or other users, or use the Service in a harmful, fraudulent, or unlawful way.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may notify users through the app, website, or other appropriate means.
